General instructions:

Click on the pix to expand them and thus be able to save them (with a right-click on Windows or Control + Click on Mac)
The sounds were recorded live and belong to the pix above them, just play them
Videos are the same thing
To play the sounds and videos it is recommended to have Quicktime 6.5
To save sounds and video right-click on the appropriate link on Windows or Control + Click on Mac and save them (they come in .zip format)
