The Bad
- The windows go right into the neighbor and since the room is on the 1st floor the airflow is not as good as, say the 4th floor.
- All the fun at Tupiniquim is at the 3rd floor (pool table, TV room, bar, terrace, etc ... ) so you will become a close friend of the stairs when you go up and down
